I've tried a bunch of pre-workouts out there and this is the best one in my opinion. I train at 5-5:30am and Convict gives me the most energy to perform. Highly recommend for the early am workout people!
This is my 3rd round of it off and on over 12-13 weeks. It works fantastic. I also dont think its necessary to do 2 a day and i strongly advise against 2 at once if you do decide on 2 a day. Just note 1 a day with a cleanish diet and active life style is pretty epic. I have done many thermos in the past as I work outdoors im blue collar trade and prior infantry ive always wanted to keep extra weight off… this places top 3 for me and highly recommend!
This is probably the best pre workout drink I’ve taken. Definitely helps to have a great workout. However, if I take it too late in the day, I’m not sleeping that night.
I didn’t like the taste of if, it’s not even close to dulce de leche, it smells very artificially sweetened, if I could return it, I’d return
By far the best group of ingredients at a dose high enough to get the benefits. Been through a few containers now and still in love.

I have been taking this product for about 3 weeks now and so far it’s been good. I take 2 about 20 mins before my morning workout. It definitely gives me the energy I need and I sweat a lot during my workouts, I noticed it curbs my appetite throughout the day, I haven’t lost any weight and that’s what I was hoping for but I will give it at least 90 days.
Recommend taking this only twice a week so you can feel the JUCIE SMACK. 5/5 focus
