I've tried a bunch of pre-workouts out there and this is the best one in my opinion. I train at 5-5:30am and Convict gives me the most energy to perform. Highly recommend for the early am workout people!

Condemned's 'Convict' preworkout is reasonably-priced, mixes easily with little mess, and produces a strong workout without jitters or gastrointestinal distress. It stacks well with pump-increasers too, and lasts a predictable period of time of over four hours.
The flavors are okay, aside from the orange/mango which is... okay once in a while.
I use it on my workout days - motivation is high, neuromuscular signal is good, and I don't have side-effects like itchy skin or shakiness. It doesn't seem to cause tachocardia either.

The Condemned Labz Convict Stim pre was pretty good and at a great price. I bought my last pre from a supplement store and was a lot more expensive and it was the same pre workout different flavor. I’ll more then likely order my pre here for now on.
