I very much like this product and use it regularly. I feel that is gives me a bit more energy for working out and boosts the results a bit.

It's OK. I think.

I bought 3 different Alchemy supplements, which I currently take together: Victress, Inhibit (am) and Altered (before a wo) about 2 weeks ago. I think, it's too soon to notice any significant difference. So, at this point, I can't make a recommendation. Two things to consider, however: my bowel movements have been off since I started these products, and not in a good way. Secondly, because they have no caffeine/stimulants it doesn't "feel" like it's doing anything. I'm one of those people who like the tingling of regular pre-workout supplements, so if you're like me, these products are probably not for you. Now, if again, like me are looking for something more clean, and wo stimulants, these products are a good alternative.
