Before doing my due research, I ordered this pre-workout. Only then to learn later that the formula in it has a few ingredients that don’t do anything at all, and I also found out that it has maltodextrin (cancerous), yellow #6 and red #40. All cancerous. I tried to return it but since it was opened they wouldn’t let me. If you’re looking for a preworkout, you would be much better off with Pulse from legionathletics.com. I did my due research this time and his is awesome. And he also has a stimulant free version so you can cycle off without having to stop taking pre-workout.
