DIRECTIONS

Do not exceed two(2) scoops per day. Mix one(1) scoop of BUM ESSENTIAL PRE with 8-12 oz water or beverage of choice. Start with one (1) scoop to assess tolerance. Advanced users, mis 2 servings ( 2 scoops) in 12-16 oz water or beverage of choice. Consume before exercise on training days.

This product contains 200mg of Caffeine per serving and may not be suitable for individuals who are sensitive to caffeine. Do not consume caffeine from other sources while taking this product as too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and occasionally rapid heartbeat. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery. Beta-Alanine may cause a harmless, temporary tingling sensation. Consuming this product within 4 hours of bedtime may cause difficulty sleeping.
