Directions: Contents may settle. Shake bottle before use. To receive the full Precision Dosed benefits of TRU Pre, we suggest using one serving (2 scoops) in 12-14 oz. of water 30 minutes prior to physical activity. If you are sensitive to stimulants or are workout out after 6 p.m., we recommend using a half serving (1 scoop) in 6-8 oz. of water.
