How to Use

Directions: As a dietary supplement, take one (1) scoop (12.9g) with 8-12oz of water prior to workout. New users may wish to assess tolerance with 1/2 scoop. Do not exceed one scoop in a 24-hour period.

Worst Delivery

The delivery said 3 to 10 business days and it's been 15 business days and it's not even out for delivery so I'm expecting more than a month for 1 product to be delivered.
